Hi! I’m Katherine, the founder of Your Beginning. I’m a certified personal trainer with a background in kinesiology – and a fellow weight-loss warrior. I’ve taken all the tools and experiences from my own journey over the last 9 years and created Your Beginning.

How Workout  Programs Work

CHOOSE YOUR PLAN

You can choose a monthly or yearly membership plan or choose to pay per workout program. Memberships give you unlimited access to ALL workout programs!

CHOOSE A WORKOUT PROGRAM

Choose a program that's right for you. Programs are easy to follow, you can do them anywhere and anytime, with or without equipment. If you need help choosing a program, reach out to me.

LOVE HOW YOU FITNESS

Complete your program through the Your Beginning website or app. Your program includes all the tools & resources necessary to rock your workout!

Health & Fitness is a billion-dollar industry full of big dreams and empty promises. I was one of those people who dreamed big and was met with empty promise after empty promise.

 

In 2013, I told myself I wasn’t going to fall for fad diets, pill subscriptions, and insane workout programs. Instead, I was going to focus on one thing: Loving How I Lived.
